1. Information We Collect

Number Smasher does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, photos, precise location, health information, or payment card details to play.

The app uses RevenueCat to support and manage in-app purchases. In connection with purchases, RevenueCat may process purchase history, entitlement status, transaction information, and an anonymous app user identifier so that purchases can be validated, restored, and reflected correctly in the app.

2. How We Use Information

Purchase-related information is used for:

• App functionality, including validating purchases, granting purchased content, restoring eligible purchases, and maintaining entitlement status.
• Analytics, including understanding purchase activity and evaluating the performance of in-app purchase features.

We do not use purchase history for advertising tracking.

3. Payments

All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Castle Studios does not receive or store your payment card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials entered with Apple.

Apple processes purchases according to its own privacy practices and terms.

4. Advertising and Tracking

The current production version of Number Smasher does not use personal data for cross-app or cross-website tracking and does not use purchase history for tracking purposes.

If a future version introduces advertising or changes how data is used, this Privacy Policy and the app's App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as appropriate before or with that release.

5. Third-Party Services

Number Smasher may rely on third-party services that process limited information needed to provide their functionality, including:

• Apple App Store — payment processing and purchase transactions.
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase validation, entitlement management, purchase restoration, and related analytics.
